Our 650 sq. ft. Altitude Room simulates elevations between 10,000 feet and 13,000 feet, allowing you to train your body to use oxygen more efficiently. Whether you’re preparing for a climb, marathon, or simply looking to improve overall fitness, altitude training conditions your body for real results without added joint stress. It’s also an ideal environment for athletes training to trek or climb in high-altitude environments such as the Andes, Mt. Kilimanjaro or Mt. Everest, helping them safely acclimate before they arrive.
