Strong & Stable Circuit
Training Class

This dynamic circuit-style class blends strength training with intentional movement. Using a variety of equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional tools—you’ll move through this thoughtfully designed class that targets strength, mobility, and stability, all while reinforcing proper form and control.

Each exercise emphasizes mind-muscle connection, encouraging you to stay present and truly feel each movement. You’ll also be guided through effective breathing techniques to support performance, enhance core engagement, and reduce unnecessary tension.
Expect a full-body workout that challenges you without overwhelming you—perfect for all levels. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve movement quality, or reconnect with your body, this class will leave you feeling grounded, strong, and empowered.

Virtual Strength and Conditioning Programming

Our online strength and conditioning coaching provides goal-oriented, custom-built programming with full movement evaluation, all guided by our instructor Brian Krupke. Each program is tailored to your goals, your schedule, and the equipment you have available.

This is not endurance coaching, but a structured strength and conditioning plan designed to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

TRX Conditioning Class

Train with Bill Worden, TRX Master Trainer, in a challenging, strength-focused conditioning class designed to build power, endurance, and full-body strength. Every participant trains at their own pace, with progressive difficulty.

Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

This class guided by Valerie Uskoski focuses on building the strength foundations needed to support running, triathlon training, climbing, cycling, and other endurance sports. Ideal for athletes who want to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
