Babs Szabo
she/her
My name is Babs, and I’m a Personal Trainer and Health Coach passionate about helping others build sustainable, healthy habits that support both physical and mental well-being. My approach to wellness is holistic, rooted in the belief that true health comes from caring for the mind, body, and lifestyle as a whole.
As a strength coach, I prioritize proper form, foundational movement patterns, mind-muscle connection, and effective breathing techniques. From there, I guide clients through progressive overload at a safe and sustainable pace to support long-term results. I also incorporate functional training into both one-on-one sessions and group classes, helping clients develop stability, mobility, and balance—essential skills for everyday life. My goal is for every workout plan to reflect real-world movement patterns, so clients feel strong, confident, and supported in their day-to-day lives.
I genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life, meeting each client where they are in their wellness journey and helping them move forward in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. I strive to make every workout both enjoyable and challenging. I’m especially passionate about supporting women through every phase of life by honoring the body’s natural rhythms. From understanding how the menstrual cycle impacts energy and performance to helping women stay strong through perimenopause and beyond, my goal is to help you feel powerful, informed, and in control of your health.

Camden Allison-Hall
he/him
Camden is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He works with a variety of folks, from individuals wanting to feel stronger and better in their body, to athletes looking to improve their performance and reduce their chances of injury. He will explain and discusses your training program with you to ensure you understand everything. He believes the more the client/student understands about their own training, the more effective it will be. Camden will also work with you to customize your programming so that it is directly in line with your goals. Working with Camden is more of a collaboration, than a trainer telling you what to do. He prefers to drill the basics as it relates to movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull), since once you’ve mastered these, you can take your new found technique and apply it to just about any movement.
Camden is now also a physical therapy assistant, working with Dr. Sanatan Golden here at Evolution. This has deepened his understanding of the human body, overcoming injury, as well as preventing it.
Camden is also certified in natural foot health through the Natural Foot Health Institute. He worked as a medical assistant at Northwest Foot & Ankle for 3.5 years, so has a great understanding of foot health.
Camden would love to help you along your journey to strength and feeling good in your body.

Nathan Evans
he/him
Nathan is originally from Wales in the UK where he completed his education with an undergraduate degree in Sports Science and Physical Therapy before going on to complete an MSc in Sports Physical Therapy. Nathan is also an NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning and EXOS Sports Performance Coach. During his career in the UK, Nathan worked in professional soccer, rugby and ballet while also working with other recreational athletes. After 10 years’ experience in the UK, Nathan moved to Portland in 2017.
Despite specializing in physical therapy, Nathan takes on a limited number of performance training clients for ‘Return to Performance’ and ‘Athlete Monitoring’ services. This service is designed to support athletes return and continued participation in sport after injury. This service involves training, planning and testing with sessions tailored specifically to the athlete’s needs.
‘One of the most ignored components in rehabilitation is the need to continue to work beyond PT to progress from ‘return to sport’ to ‘return to performance.’ Continued athlete training, monitoring and testing is essential for decreasing the risk of reoccurrence particularly when considering injuries such as ACL reconstruction.’
