

Animal Flow is a quadrupedal ground-based movement system class designed to improve mobility, stability, coordination, and body control for real-world movement demands. Using dynamic bodyweight flows and multi-planar movement patterns, participants will build joint resilience, strength, and movement awareness to support better hiking, climbing, trail running, and other outdoor activities. This class is scalable for all levels and serves as an excellent complement to traditional strength training and outdoor pursuits.


This dynamic circuit-style class blends strength training with intentional movement. Using a variety of equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional tools—you’ll move through this thoughtfully designed class that targets strength, mobility, and stability, all while reinforcing proper form and control.

What’s Included


Train with Bill Worden, TRX Master Trainer, in a challenging, strength-focused conditioning class designed to build power, endurance, and full-body strength. Every participant trains at their own pace, with progressive difficulty.
